The Board of the Organising Committee has two representatives from each of the members of the Games partners, as well as an athlete representative and four independent directors.
When it was first established it also had representation from the Commonwealth Games Federation, however the Federation changed its policy of representation on the Boards of Organising Committees at its Executive Board in November 2011 and subsequently its representatives resigned their Glasgow 2014 Ltd. Board memberships in January 2012. The CGF continue to attend Glasgow 2014 Board meetings in an observer capacity.”
