Genius Gluten Free is the UK’s leading gluten-free brand, based in Edinburgh. Genius Gluten Free supplies a wide range of ambient and frozen products in the UK, Australia, France, Spain, Holland, UEA and North America, including gluten-free breads, rolls, cakes, crumpets, croissants, pain au chocolate, brioche, pies and pastry.
Launched in 2009 by Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne, who spent three years tirelessly developing fresh, gluten-free bread for her son, diagnosed as gluten intolerant. As the Official Provider of Gluten Free Baked Products at the Commonwealth Games, Genius will be giving away bite-sized samples on their stand at the Glasgow Green Live Zone. Here Band ambassadors will be available with a selection of breads, cakes, croissants and crumpets for hungry passers by.
Glasgow Green Live Zone will operate from July 23 to August 3 and is the largest of the interactive Festival 2014 venues.
