1 Year To Go Countdown Clock Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to any person (a “User”) registering their details on Glasgow 2014 Limited’s (the “OC”) website at [www.glasgow2014.com/letsgo-clock] (the “Site”):-

1. Users must be aged 13 years and over.

2. By uploading an image onto the Site, each User confirms that they have permission to upload the image.

3. No User may upload any image that: • infringes or violates someone else’s rights; • is violent, malicious, discriminatory or pornographic; or • otherwise violates the law.

4. Each User grants to the OC a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use on the Site and on the OC’s Facebook page any image that the User uploads to the Site.

5. Each User gives the OC permission to display their name and location (if provided by the User during registration) alongside any image uploaded to the Site by that User.

6. The OC is not obliged to display any User’s image on the Site.

7. The OC shall use any data obtained from each User in accordance with the OC’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at www.glasgow2014.com/privacy.

8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
