If your application to join our team of friendly faces is successful, you’ll be invited to take part in our training programme.

There’s a lot to look forward to. It’s about more than just preparing you for the Games – we hope that you’ll be able to develop skills that will be useful well into the future, that you’ll make new friends and have a great time, too!

Don’t expect to be stuck in a classroom with people talking ‘at’ you or reading from bland slides – our training will be interactive and fun. This guide explains what you can expect and when.

Training gets underway in March 2014 and, depending on your role, you could be invited to up to four sessions – it’s really important you attend all of them.

Invitations are sent in batches and will be issued from December 2013 until at least the spring of 2014 as our team of Clyde-siders grows.
