Games’ Safety and Security
The safety and security of all participants and spectators is of paramount importance. Glasgow is highly experienced and accustomed to handling major events but an international multi-sports event of the stature of the Commonwealth Games requires coordinated planning to ensure everyone’s safety. The Organising Committee is currently working with the key authorities on the security plan for the Games.
