Lawn bowls
Accuracy and nerve are required at the highest level of Commonwealth Games bowling. While bowls is able to attract more veteran athletes to its rank, this does not deter its skill factor in any way. Previous bowling contests at the Commonwealth Games have been highly competitive, and this is likely to be the same at the Kelvingrove Bowls Complex, set in one of Glasgow’s most famous parks and adjacent to the renowned Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum.
