Scotland’s National Football Stadium: Hampden Park
Hampden Park is an iconic place for Scots. It is the home of the national football team but it will be converted for the duration of the Glasgow Games for the track and field events. It is a superb stadium where athletes at the top of their game will be spurred on by the famous Hampden Roar from 46,000 spectators – an encouragement to greatness. The Games closing ceremony will be held here.
